What happened to Panghal?

The Indian Olympic Association has denied rumors that they want to ban Antim Panghal for the Paris Olympics incident, in which her sister was arrested for entering the Olympic village, notwithstanding her clarifications. But the Indian wrestler would face consequences from the IOA for the problem. When Panghal’s sister Nisha was discovered by security guards using her credentials fraudulently to access the Olympic village, Panghal found herself in hot water. Antim, however, denied the allegations and said that her sister was only invited to come for confirmation and was not actually imprisoned by the Paris police. The Indian wrestler added that she had previously purchased her tickets and that the Indian Olympic organizers had not requested that she depart Paris. “I arrived in Paris for the Olympics, and I had my match there yesterday. I lost yesterday because I had a terrible day and I fought poorly. It has been reported since yesterday that Antim has been placed under arrest and that his sister has been detained.
